HDQGen is a local AI application. It runs on your own computer. Most of the features inside the App, including chat, image generation, video generation, music generation, image editing, and the coding agent, process your data directly on your device. We do not operate a cloud server that stores your chats, images, videos, files, or generated content.

When you buy HDQGen, your payment is processed by Gumroad, our payment provider. Gumroad collects your email address, payment details, and billing information to process your purchase. We receive basic order information from Gumroad, such as your email address and order confirmation, so we can provide support and license access. We do not see or store your full payment card details, since these are handled directly by Gumroad.

3.2 Website Usage Information

If you visit our website, our web hosting provider or analytics tools may automatically collect standard technical information, such as your browser type, device type, general location, and pages visited. This information helps us understand how people use our website and does not identify you personally in most cases.

If you contact us for support, feedback, or any other reason, we will collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this information only to respond to you and improve the App.

3.4 Optional Features That Use the Internet

Some features of the App, such as the Agent's ability to search the web or fetch web pages, may connect to the internet when you choose to use them. When you use these features, your requests may pass through third party services, such as search engines or the websites you visit. We do not log or store the content of these requests on our own servers.

If you connect your own third party tools or MCP servers to the Agent, any data shared with those tools is governed by the privacy policies of those third party services, not by us.
